Picture Collage Maker Editor's Review

Picture Collage Maker is a handy software designed to manipulating and editing your images in order to create scrapbook projects, calendars or other projects that involve image grouping and editing. The program support the most popular image formats. 

The program has a nice user interface, providing a quick and easy access to all the tools and features you need in the process of collating images. The user interface is divided into three sections. The workspace is to be found in the middle of the window. On the left hand side of the screen you'll find all the template components you need, while on the left hand side of th screen is a folder tree you can browse when you want to add images to you collage. Images can be dragged and dropped on to to collage, a feature which I found very useful. The image editing tools are to be found on the top toolbar or on right mouse click. 

Beginners can use the Picture Collage Wizard which is a comprehensive method for quickly creating simple collages. On the other hand, if you wish to create an elaborate project, there are lots of templates you can choose from. You can also download or import templates in order to customize your project. The pictures can be edited as layers with over a dozen effects available for customization. You can also add text to images, customize the background, add cliparts, masks or picture frames. 

Saved projects can be exported as images in JPG, BMP,GIF, PNG, TIF and TGA format. Projects can also be printed out or sent via email for your friends' or customers' enjoyment.
